BOS Client Executive

About the role

The BOS Client Executive will own the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle for the Business Operations Support (BOS) portfolio, driving growth, customer satisfaction and revenue across Morocco’s telecom market. This senior position works in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, collaborating with sales, delivery and technical teams to deliver innovative OSS/BSS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the BOS portfolio, focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Lead positioning, selling and upselling of BOS products and services, managing the full sales cycle.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CIOs and C‑level executives, addressing their business challenges.
• Identify and scope upsell opportunities, driving roadmap and charge planning.
• Inspire cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Provide data‑driven insights from operator architecture and industry data to engage customers before RFP stages.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT sales and delivery experience, preferably in telecom.
• Established relationships with senior executives (VP, C‑level) in Moroccan telcos.
• University degree or equivalent in Engineering/ICT.
• Proven track record of managing $10 M+ annual sales turnover.
• Strong commercial mindset, persuasive communication and executive presence.
