Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who is passionate about our brands and wants to drive growth and market share. In this role you will develop and execute brand strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure our products delight consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Brand Manager in creating the annual brand plan, including objectives, sales mix, P&L and activity budgets based on market and consumer insights.
• Manage the brand budget, monitor investment effectiveness and contribute to forecasts and corrective actions.
• Design and implement advertising, media and consumer engagement activities, coordinating with regional teams and agencies.
• Oversee creative and media agency performance, ensuring campaigns meet quality, timing and budget requirements.
• Monitor brand performance, packaging and portfolio projects, and evaluate new product opportunities.
• Conduct market and consumer research, translate KPIs into actionable recommendations.
• Lead brand projects and campaigns, coordinating stakeholders across sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain and legal.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Sales.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods within emerging markets.
• Previous role as Assistant Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager or equivalent, with exposure to brand planning, campaign execution and budget management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
