Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager to drive market share growth and strengthen the competitive positioning of our brands. You will develop and implement brand strategies, lead cross‑functional projects and ensure consistent brand communication across all consumer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual brand plan, setting objectives, volumes, sales mix and P&L targets.
• Manage the brand budget, monitor investment effectiveness and ensure ROI.
• Lead advertising, media and consumer engagement activities, coordinating agencies and monitoring campaign performance.
• Oversee portfolio, innovation and business development, including packaging, new product launches and post‑launch evaluation.
• Conduct market and consumer research, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with sales, trade marketing, finance, supply chain and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Sales.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, preferably as Assistant or Junior Brand Manager.
• Background in FMCG or consumer goods in North African or similar emerging markets.
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies, manage budgets and lead multi‑disciplinary projects.
