Brokerage Operations Excellence Supervisor

About the role

The Brokerage Operations Excellence Supervisor supports the Small Package Brokerage function in the APAC region, ensuring service levels exceed customer expectations and align with corporate objectives. The role involves developing performance metrics, sharing best practices, and providing operational support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing APAC brokerage operations service measurements aligned with regional and corporate strategies.
• Develop, share, train and deploy best practices to ensure consistent high‑quality customer service across the region.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse trends and recommend service improvements.
• Conduct integrity audits, monitor process adherence and coordinate corrective actions with operations management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within industrial engineering or brokerage functions.
• Strong data‑analysis capability with a track record of delivering service‑improvement recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication and coordination skills.
• Self‑starter attitude, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
