Building & Utilities Process Lead

About the role

The Building & Utilities Process Lead is responsible for the efficient, reliable and sustainable operation of all utility systems at the Tetuan site. You will monitor performance, analyse data and support the company’s sustainability and business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electricity, water, steam, compressed air and chilled water systems.
• Monitor system performance via the Building Management System (BMS) and prepare energy/utility performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with JTI operational standards (ISO, IMS, IWS, OPL) and maintain related documentation.
• Lead loss‑elimination and performance‑improvement initiatives to meet departmental KPIs.
• Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, report results and request resources.
• Own DMS processes (Centerline, Changeover, Change Management) and standardise equipment and procedures.
• Drive 5S, Kaizen and decarbonisation projects such as solar PV and heat recovery.
• Guarantee full EHS and legal compliance.
• Coach, train and share knowledge to develop talent across teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electromechanics).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar utility or process‑lead role.
• Fluent in English and French.
