About the role
AdoptTech Solutions is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join a six‑month training cohort. The role is fully remote and open to candidates in any African country.
Key responsibilities
- Build your pipeline and learn social‑selling fundamentals in month 1.
- Start live outreach and book appointments in month 2.
- Master conversations and appointment‑booking in month 3.
- Execute, scale activities and build a track record from months 4‑6.
- Undergo a performance review in month 6 with potential full‑time offer.
Required profile
- Comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
- Coachable and open to structured feedback.
- Clear, confident English communication.
- Result‑oriented rather than activity‑focused.
- Reliable and consistent day‑to‑day.
- Curious about business buying processes.

- Commission on every deal you help close, starting at 10% from month 1.
- Six‑month contractor agreement with a clear path to full‑time employment.
