Business Support Analyst

About the role

IG Networks is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join its Pricing & Sourcing team. This remote position supports global operations by organizing information, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide back‑office support to the Pricing & Sourcing team and other internal stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, validate, and update data in internal systems.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, databases, documentation, and records.
• Research and keep up‑to‑date information on telecommunications and connectivity providers.
• Coordinate follow‑ups and information exchange with various teams across the company.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business support, administration, back‑office, or coordination roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• Proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working 100% remotely with multicultural teams.
