Business Transformation Analyst – CPQ & Salesforce

About the role

Join Arrow's Business Transformation team as a Business Transformation Analyst supporting the EMEA region. You will work on the implementation and customization of core applications such as CPQ, Salesforce and ERP, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements through workshops and process analysis.
• Perform As‑Is / To‑Be assessments, identify gaps and propose standardisation and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work with IT on solution design.
• Review Functional Design Documents (FDDs) to ensure alignment with approved requirements.
• Define, manage and coordinate UAT and end‑to‑end testing, including test scenarios, defect handling and business sign‑off.
• Support deployment, go‑live, training and post‑go‑live activities.
• Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies and priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA business and IT stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in business analysis, business transformation or IT delivery.
• Proven experience on CPQ projects and familiarity with Salesforce and ERP environments.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to challenge requirements constructively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
