Calibration Project Manager

About the role

The Calibration Project Manager will lead and coordinate calibration activities across multiple electrified propulsion system projects. You will be responsible for delivering project objectives on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead calibration project activities, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasts and cost tracking.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and align all stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and lead project, management and quality gate reviews.
• Track KPIs, monitor deliverable maturity and manage escalation processes.
• Maintain schedules in Planisware and analyse product data via PLM systems.
• Create dashboards, KPI reports and management presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or project leadership.
• Experience in automotive or industrial product development is highly desirable.
• PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
