Capacity Planning Analyst

About the role

The Capacity Planning Analyst will lead demand planning and operational coordination for vehicle logistics across the MEA region. You will work closely with purchasing, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to optimise vehicle flow and meet regional targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor mid‑term (M+4) logistic tactical plans in coordination with service providers.
• Prepare monthly logistics reports and centralise data for performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with purchasing, operations and logistics partners to align on demand forecasts and capacity plans.
• Analyse KPIs, identify bottlenecks and propose strategic action plans.
• Continuously improve logistic processes and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in logistics, demand planning or capacity management.
• Fluent English (B2 level); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work transversally.
