About the role

The Account Manager will work within the Errachidia branch of CIH Bank, providing courteous and professional service to clients who visit the agency. This position ensures smooth, reliable front‑office and back‑office operations while maintaining high standards of communication and risk control.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
• Execute teller and back‑office transactions quickly and accurately.
• Provide reliable information in response to client inquiries.
• Enhance client satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Drive commercial actions related to account operations.
• Manage operational risk associated with banking transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BAC+3 (equivalent to a bachelor's degree).
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build close relationships with clients.
