About the role
The bank is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to work in its Meknès branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience while handling daily banking operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Ensure speed and reliability of all teller and back‑office transactions.
- Provide accurate and reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to high‑quality customer service through effective reception.
- Drive commercial effectiveness in processing operations.
- Manage and mitigate operational risk associated with banking activities.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to build close relationships with clients.
