About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Morocco is looking for a Project Manager to lead automotive test‑equipment projects. You will support clients in defining, adapting and delivering validation test benches and laboratory facilities, ensuring technical and safety requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client needs and draft detailed specifications (CdC, QSE, maintenance aspects).
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle from tendering to final delivery, including site visits and QCD monitoring.
• Coordinate investment and purchase requests, order processing, and receipt of equipment.
• Develop and implement prevention plans for on‑site works, supervise safety, and oversee the ramp‑up of material testing.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and resolve any post‑delivery reservations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent with a focus on industrial engineering.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in project management or test‑equipment development.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong autonomy and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• VBA programming.
• HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance.
• Industrial engineering knowledge, including reading technical plans and structural testing means.
