Chef d'équipe – Industrie automobile

About the role

We are looking for a Shift Leader to supervise the production line in the automotive sector. The role involves coordinating operator teams, ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing activities, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and direct daily activities of operator teams on the production line.
• Ensure execution of production plans and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain control, discipline, and safety throughout the shift.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying 5S principles and contributing ideas to the CIP program.
• Identify and manage raw material components at the line.

Required profile

• Technician diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility.
• Residency in the Oriental Region of Morocco.

Required skills

• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives.
