Chief Brand & Product Communication Officer

About the role

This newly created executive position reports directly to the Executive Committee and is responsible for unifying brand strategy, product brand architecture, and 360° communication across the group. The role will drive the transformation of the company’s identity and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the group’s brand vision, corporate positioning, and identity strategy while ensuring coherence of product brand architecture.
• Lead group and product communication strategies, design high‑volume offline and digital campaigns, and manage communication and media agencies.
• Utilise market research, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform brand positioning and communication choices.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer care, innovation, legal and regulatory teams to guarantee consistent brand experience and compliance.
• Set KPIs for brand health and campaign effectiveness, and provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Graduate of a leading business school or university with a Bac+5 degree in marketing, communication or strategy.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand architecture and senior communication roles, preferably in B2C sectors such as distribution, beauty or media.
• Proven track record of building or transforming a brand function, not just managing an existing scope.
• Comfortable operating at Executive Committee level, articulating brand vision, leading cross‑functional teams and managing agencies.
