About the role
G Adventures is looking for passionate leaders to create unforgettable travel experiences in Morocco. As a Chief Experience Officer (CEO), you will guide small‑group tours, share local culture, and ensure every traveler feels a sense of belonging.
Key responsibilities
- Manage group dynamics and coordinate transport, accommodations, and local suppliers.
- Share the history, culture, and nuances of Morocco with travelers.
- Support community partners and promote G for Good initiatives.
- Handle incidents calmly, maintain budgets, receipts, and daily accounts.
- Provide post‑trip reports and occasionally train new CEOs.
Required profile
- Belief in community tourism and responsible travel.
- Ability to communicate clearly with travelers, suppliers, and the office.
- Calm, positive energy during long, unpredictable days.
- Curiosity about the destinations you guide.
Required skills
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Comfort using Google Suite and mobile apps for logistics.
- Basic budgeting and accounting competence.
