Claims Invoicing Consultant (Automotive)

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is looking for a Claims Invoicing Consultant to support its automotive clients in Tetouan. The role involves verifying claims, preparing pre‑invoices, and ensuring accurate invoicing with dealers and repairers.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily allocated XF claims, compare report data with claim damage cards in OBT Stella and verify correctness.
• Prepare pre‑invoice templates using debit/credit reports and send them to dealers/repairers with clear instructions.
• Validate invoices received from dealers, check accuracy, store approved invoices and update tracking files.
• Produce monthly closure reports for each market and ensure they are submitted by the 10th of the following month.
• Support market settlement processes by submitting approved invoices and handling related communications.
• Raise Hypercare tickets for damage IDs requiring status updates and cooperate with finance teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bac+5 in industrial or logistics engineering.
• 0‑1 year of experience in administration, finance, accounting, logistics or claims management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability to compare data from multiple sources.
• Good command of written and spoken English and professional email communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with web‑based business systems such as OBT Stella.
