About the role
The Account Manager will work in the agency to provide courteous and professional service to clients visiting the branch. This position ensures smooth and reliable front‑office and back‑office operations while delivering accurate information to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Ensure speed and reliability of all teller and back‑office transactions.
- Provide accurate and relevant information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to overall customer service quality through excellent reception.
- Maintain effective commercial actions while processing operations.
- Control and manage risk associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or equivalent.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build close relationships with clients.
