Client Campaign Manager

About the role

The Client Campaign Manager is responsible for designing and executing supplier data‑collection campaigns that meet client compliance requirements. Working closely with Supplier Relations, Data Operations and Commercial teams, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client regulatory obligations, material scopes and deadlines to create detailed campaign plans, including supplier prioritisation and outreach strategy.
• Configure, launch and manage campaigns on the SC Campaigns (Appian) platform, handling supplier assignments, workflow set‑up and notification management.
• Set realistic timelines, milestones and performance targets while balancing client expectations and operational capacity.
• Monitor campaign dashboards, track resolve rates, due‑date adherence and escalation activity, and report performance metrics to clients.
• Drive supplier participation through proactive outreach, relationship management and issue resolution.
• Own the escalation process for non‑responsive or at‑risk suppliers, coordinating internal stakeholders and client partners as needed.
• Identify risks early, implement corrective actions and maintain delivery commitments.
• Provide regular status updates, performance reports and recommendations to clients.
