Client Relations Specialist

About the role

As a Client Relations Specialist you will drive business growth by building lasting relationships with our prestigious clients. You will deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge and ensure a best-in-class client experience throughout the onboarding journey and ongoing portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and existing clients daily to enhance satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to acquire new clients and retain current ones.
• Guide clients through onboarding, advise on product solutions and follow up diligently.
• Review client investment portfolios and risk profiles on a regular basis.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from multiple channels and keep clients informed of product updates and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide feedback, suggestions and recommendations to the Client Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly targets and complete tasks assigned by the team leader.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of CFD products such as FX, indices, bonds, metals, commodities, shares, ETFs and cryptocurrencies.
• At least 2 years of client relationship management experience, preferably within a securities or FX brokerage environment.
• Minimum diploma or higher education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic global fintech company.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
