About the role
Join Paysera as a Client Support Specialist working night shifts to assist e‑commerce and financial service customers worldwide. You will be the first point of contact, providing advice and solutions that enhance client satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to escalate and resolve complex cases promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using the company’s CRM system.
- Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to perform routine tasks and improve productivity.
Required profile
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a customer‑service environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Proven ability to work with AI tools like ChatGPT and integrate them into daily workflows.
