Cloud Solution Architect – Security

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specialized in Security to help customers accelerate their security and AI transformation. This customer‑facing position will own the technical relationship, guiding clients through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, driving positive customer satisfaction and delivering the voice of the customer to internal teams.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence roadmap.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Zero Trust value propositions across Microsoft Security offerings, focusing on Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle – planning, deployment, optimization, and ongoing enablement.
• Lead technical solutioning and nurture relationships across the customer journey.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud security architecture and consulting.
• Passion for security and AI transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable solutions.
