Cloud Solution Architect – Security

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect specialized in Security to lead customer‑facing engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their Microsoft security investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health activities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction by providing strategic guidance and acting as the Voice of the Customer.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Global Security, Engineering, and Product teams to remove blockers and influence roadmaps.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Zero Trust solutions covering Microsoft Security portfolio, including Threat Protection, Identity & Access Management, and Cloud Security.
• Support customers throughout the adoption lifecycle: planning, deployment, optimization, and ongoing technical solutioning.

• Strong consulting mindset with experience in customer‑facing technical roles.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable architectures.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and share best practices.
