Cluster Finance Manager

About the role

As a Cluster Finance Manager you will lead the financial operations of a portfolio of hotels, ensuring that each property aligns with strategic goals and delivers profitable, efficient performance. You will act as the primary financial advisor to hotel leadership, owners, and asset managers, helping to create memorable guest experiences through sound financial stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy for the hotel cluster, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Advise Area/Cluster General Managers, owners, and asset managers with data‑driven recommendations.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Shared Service Centres.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies, maintaining robust financial controls.
• Oversee financial reporting systems to improve accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
• Authorize and monitor sales, purchases, payroll, and expense transactions.
• Develop and retain a high‑performing finance team through coaching, performance management, and recognition.
