Commercial Account Manager – MEA Telephone Sales

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Commercial Account Manager to drive B2B telephone sales across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Based in Tangier, you will promote our portfolio of IT hardware to corporate customers, building strong relationships and closing deals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and maintain a portfolio of commercial customers in multiple MEA countries.
• Record daily activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
• Identify client needs, present product quotes, and follow up until purchase orders are received.
• Negotiate terms and ensure high‑quality commercial service throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor quote status and continuously seek new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in international sales or a related field.
• Strong closing and telephone negotiation skills, with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Resident in the Tangier area (relocation not considered).
