Community Manager (2 openings)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced Community Managers to lead and grow online communities for tourism, cultural and destination‑focused projects in Agadir. The role involves creating engaging content, interacting with diverse audiences, and supporting on‑site events across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate Facebook and Instagram communities.
• Build monthly editorial calendars and content plans.
• Write engaging captions and adapt content for different audiences.
• Produce Reels, Stories, carousels, interviews, UGC and event‑related content.
• Respond promptly to comments and private messages.
• Moderate communities and safeguard online reputation.
• Monitor trends and engage with visitors, influencers and tourism partners.
• Support events and provide on‑site content coverage.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and the creative team.
• Work with multilingual content in Arabic, Darija, Amazigh, French and English.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in community management or social media.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Experience in tourism, culture, events or destination promotion is highly valued.
• Creative, responsive, organized and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
