Community Manager

About the role

Zena Luxury, a luxury real‑estate agency based in Marrakech, is seeking a creative and organised Community Manager to lead its social‑media presence. You will work closely with the real‑estate and content teams to strengthen the brand’s online image.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Zena Luxury’s social‑media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create and publish engaging, brand‑aligned content.
• Develop and execute social‑media strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor current trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Engage with the audience, responding to messages and comments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Based in or able to work in Marrakech.
• Full‑time availability.
• Good command of English or French (both a plus).
• Creative, proactive and able to work autonomously.
• Interest in luxury, real‑estate and digital marketing.
• Previous experience in community management or social‑media roles is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools.
