Community Manager – Liberty Bay Club

About the role

The Community Manager for Liberty Bay Club will oversee the daily operations of the property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing the property budget by analyzing financial statements, market data and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing bank deposits and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including reviewing resident applications, approving discounts, conducting inspections, issuing notices, handling evictions and collecting late fees.
• Monitor market and economic trends, and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Promote resident satisfaction through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other multi‑family housing regulations.
• Ability to lead a team, oversee budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
