Consolidation and Reporting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Consolidation and Reporting Manager to lead the end‑to‑end financial reporting cycle, ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage multi‑entity consolidation processes, guaranteeing data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to support business strategy.
• Conduct variance, margin and performance analyses to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external auditors, ensuring timely audit completion.
• Design and strengthen internal control frameworks to mitigate reporting risks.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives, automation and standardisation of reporting workflows.
• Support ERP optimisation and enhancements to financial consolidation tools.
• Collaborate with business units, finance leaders and cross‑functional partners to align performance metrics with strategic goals.
• Lead, mentor and develop the reporting and controlling team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in IFRS reporting, financial consolidation and audit management within a multi‑entity environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
