About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Consultant to join its Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit team in Casablanca. You will work on a variety of client projects across industries, helping organisations identify, assess and mitigate risks while strengthening their internal control frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Map and prioritize operational, financial, compliance, IT and project risks for clients.
• Diagnose risk‑management maturity, define action plans and support implementation.
• Design and optimise internal control structures, formalise procedures and develop risk‑control matrices.
• Conduct internal audit engagements: prepare work programs, perform testing, interview stakeholders, document findings and deliver recommendations.
• Assist risk, control and audit functions in reorganising governance, procedures and tools.
• Contribute to business development by drafting proposals, preparing communication material and developing methodologies and tools.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in finance, accounting, engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Motivation to grow in a consulting environment and deliver value to clients.
• Fluency in French and English.
