About the role

Interface is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant – Organizational to join its dynamic team in Rabat. The role focuses on helping clients optimise their organisational structures and HR processes to boost business performance. You will work closely with clients to diagnose challenges, design tailored solutions and implement effective HR strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client organisational structures and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice on change management and workforce transformation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to support HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting recommendations and outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR consultant or organisational development specialist.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and organisational design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR analytics tools.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office suite.
