About the role

Deloitte Extended Services in Casablanca is looking for an experienced Management Controller to join the Financial Advisory control team. You will work closely with colleagues in Casablanca and Paris, supporting daily financial management and contributing to large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily management KPIs (order book, revenue, profitability, working capital) and support the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure the reliability of financial data in the ERP system, including time‑entry tracking, adjustments, and consistency checks.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Participate in transversal transformation projects, especially during testing and acceptance of new tools.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management or financial control.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent relational skills.
• Fluent written and spoken French.
