About the role
We are seeking a Senior Management Controller to join a leading insurance organization. The role supports the finance team in closing activities, budgeting, and performance monitoring, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Assist in developing the phasing plan for the 2026 strategic plan.
- Support the preparation, monitoring, and follow‑up of the annual budget.
- Prepare and consolidate analyses for internal committees.
- Track and report key performance indicators.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to various business units.
Required profile
- 5–6 years of experience in management control.
- Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP financial tools.
