Customer Care Representative (French) – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote and focuses on delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance to users of the rental service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls and respond to inquiries about mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication while resolving customer concerns efficiently.
• Accurately document each interaction and follow internal processes and guidelines.
• Maintain high‑quality service standards and ensure smooth customer experiences.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or macOS 14, minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, and 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset for clear call quality.
