Customer Experience Consultant

About the role

Join Maersk’s dynamic team in Casablanca as a Customer Experience Consultant. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end shipment processes, ensuring smooth execution and high‑quality service for our global trade customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete shipment lifecycle in compliance with company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a portfolio of customers, monitor financial status, and deepen business knowledge.
• Respond to daily emails and calls, delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate ocean shipments and related logistics tasks.
• Build strong relationships with offshore teams and other stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changes.
