About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the single point of contact for business customers during the delivery of security system installations and upgrades. The role combines customer interaction, scheduling, and coordination of field technicians and warehouse resources.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging new jobs in the AS400 system and assigning them to the appropriate region/branch.
- Creating detailed job packages for installers with all sold‑job information.
- Contacting customers for introductions, scheduling installations and managing expectations.
- Coordinating parts and equipment with warehouses and approving purchase orders.
- Booking installations on the Gantt chart/tech booking schedule.
- Updating job statuses in AS400 and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Communicating daily with sales teams, technicians and other departments.
- Monitoring job progress, resolving issues and ensuring timely completion.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in customer service or job coordination.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple jobs in a high‑pressure, fast‑turnaround environment.
- Willingness to learn and use AS400, Salesforce and related tools (experience a plus).

What we offer
- Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm EST.
