Customer Solution Engineer – Product

About the role

KONE is looking for an energetic Customer Solution Engineer – Product to provide technical expertise on optimal KONE products for customers in Casablanca. You will translate customer needs into product‑specific requirements and coordinate engineering work from concept to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to identify the best KONE product for non‑standard, special‑engineering cases.
• Perform product planning, costing, and specification creation for corporate and local materials.
• Conduct technical site surveys and manage the technical content of orders from MS 0b to MS 2z.
• Coordinate lead times, installation feasibility, maintainability, and compliance with local codes and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical support to front‑line CSE, field operations, and sales teams throughout the delivery process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of how customer requirements translate into engineering specifications.
• Ability to work across supply line, installation, maintenance and project management functions.
• Attention to detail in cost estimation, energy calculations and traffic analyses.
• Excellent coordination skills to ensure timely product delivery and compliance.
