Customer Success Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our global team and support customers virtually across regions during EST business hours. You will help customers get the most out of our SaaS solutions by delivering training, creating enablement content, and driving adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and virtual product training sessions to new and existing users worldwide.
• Create and maintain user enablement materials such as quick‑start guides, video tutorials, and best‑practice documents.
• Track customer engagement and product usage to prioritize outreach and identify training needs.
• Collaborate with Mid‑Market Account Managers to align training with renewal and growth objectives.
• Support onboarding of new customers through training facilitation.
• Respond to user questions, escalating product issues or feedback as needed.
• Provide insights to internal teams on adoption trends and improvement areas.

Required profile

• 1+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably in SaaS, customer training, or support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex tools.
• Experience authoring SDS and using SAP, especially the SAP Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) module.
• Familiarity with product stewardship concepts such as chemical regulatory compliance and hazard communication.
• Proven ability to deliver virtual training to a global audience.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and across time zones.
