Customer Support Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to deliver excellent service to our English‑speaking customers across multiple communication channels. This fully remote position allows you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or other support channels.
• Provide accurate information and clear solutions to customer questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, call center, help desk, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, positive, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent English proficiency for supporting English‑speaking customers.
