Data Analyst – Full‑time

About the role

As a Data Analyst you will collaborate with client leads to deliver high‑quality analytics, maintain data views, and support business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and develop briefs from the Client Lead and ensure work of the highest quality.
• Maintain analytics data views for accurate reporting and insight generation.
• Maintain and update SQL stored procedures.
• Combine internal data with external sources to provide a holistic view.
• Participate in daily ceremonies, raising issues promptly to facilitate delivery.
• Inspect and adapt ways of working for continuous improvement.
• Embody an Agile mindset and culture.
• Provide accurate, insightful, and timely analysis to aid decision‑making.
• Simplify complex information and communicate precise insights clearly.
• Continuously improve processes through efficiencies and best practices.
• Challenge stakeholders and business backlogs to focus on high‑impact work.
• Add valuable items to the squad’s backlog that benefit customers.
• Steer the agenda and act as a trusted partner for work.
• Contribute to an analytics roadmap for continuous insight delivery improvement.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with the team.
• Ability to adapt communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Quick learner of data sources and methodologies.
• Experience extracting insight from large data sets and sharing actionable learnings.
• At least 2 years of experience writing complex SQL queries against large relational databases.
• Telecoms‑industry experience is desirable.
• Highly numerate with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

• Python (or R) programming.
• Power BI for data visualization.
• Excel and Microsoft Office.
