Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst to manage reporting schedules, optimise databases, and develop analytical solutions that drive operational efficiency. The role combines routine reporting, system management, and the creation of automated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer structured reporting schedules to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Screen operational reporting needs, maintain quality, and flag exceptions.
• Generate and analyse reports, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct Time‑in‑Motion studies and consolidate data for analysis.
• Maintain and optimise databases supporting operational activities.
• Facilitate meetings on system enhancements and collaborate with users and developers to resolve issues.
• Perform pre‑launch system checks and support new software roll‑outs.
• Monitor system usage, identify exceptions, and escalate when necessary.
• Design and implement new IT/analysis solutions, automating daily processes and reports.
• Capture and maintain project‑specific data with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and research abilities.
• Ability to plan, organise, and execute tasks under pressure.
• Effective presentation skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with VBA scripting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerBI for data visualisation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerBI, etc.).
