Data/BI Engineer - Harmony

About the role

As a Data/BI Engineer, you will design, build, and optimise data solutions that enable the organisation’s analytical and decision‑making capabilities. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to deliver insights that drive value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Build and manage large‑scale processing systems and databases, guaranteeing performance, security and availability.
• Create BI dashboards and reports in partnership with stakeholders to provide actionable insights.
• Implement data‑quality checks and controls to keep analytical data clean and trustworthy.
• Work with data scientists, analysts and business units to understand and fulfil data requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science or related field with at least 5 years of data engineering or BI experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑orientation and ability to communicate with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
