Digital Events Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Events Specialist to join our Marketing Center of Excellence. You will own the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual experiences, delivering high‑quality online events to global audiences while ensuring operational excellence and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, execute, and optimise live webinars and virtual events from registration to post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage event logistics on platforms such as Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar, ensuring smooth attendee and speaker experiences.
• Create and coordinate invitation emails, audience segmentation, reminders, and real‑time registration monitoring.
• Train and support internal and external speakers, conduct rehearsals, and provide live technical moderation.
• Administer virtual‑event platforms, maintain templates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance engagement features (polling, Q&A, captions).
• Maintain a global virtual‑events calendar and collaborate with regional marketing teams across time zones.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, overseeing budgets and delivery.
• Track event performance and produce post‑event reports covering attendance, engagement metrics, and lead attribution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience planning and delivering webinars or virtual events end‑to‑end.
• Strong operational, process‑driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with virtual‑event platforms (Microsoft Teams Live, ON24, GoToWebinar or similar).
• Proven ability to support speakers and stakeholders in high‑pressure live environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑regional teams and managing time‑zone differences.
• Solid understanding of post‑event reporting, engagement metrics, and marketing performance tracking.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
