Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager and work closely with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. As a member of the property executive committee, you will shape HR strategy, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and development for the property’s workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Human Resources strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead engagement‑survey activities and translate results into action plans.
• Champion talent management and support the property and regional diversity strategy.
• Coordinate human‑capital reviews, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Assess the leadership pipeline and drive follow‑up actions.
• Monitor effective use of the myHR system by managers and employees.
• Act as change manager for initiatives with high employee impact.
• Represent HR at owners’ meetings, providing context on retention, open positions, employee satisfaction and training outcomes.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in human resources, management operations or a related professional area.
