Domain Consultant – Cortex (Security Operations)

About the role

As a Domain Consultant for SOC Transformation, you will become the go‑to expert for Palo Alto Networks' Cortex portfolio – a next‑gen AI‑powered security operations platform. You will work remotely, collaborating with account teams and customers to design and deliver technical solutions that protect critical business assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to recommend and develop customer solutions within the Cortex specialization.
• Present to customers at all levels, from practitioners to senior leadership, showcasing the value of Cortex solutions.
• Lead and support demonstrations, proof‑of‑value (PoV) projects, and technical validations to secure wins.
• Architect and document high‑level designs, key use cases, and implementation plans.
• Assist customers in building services around Cortex, discuss industry trends, and position Palo Alto Networks against competitors.
• Support account solutions consultants in responding to RFIs/RFPs as the primary technical point of contact.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks Cortex portfolio and security operations concepts.
• Ability to engage with customers across technical and executive levels.
• Experience driving technical validation and PoV engagements.
