Dutch-speaking Trainer – Customer Service & Quality

About the role

As a Dutch-speaking Trainer you will strengthen knowledge, skills and quality across the customer‑service team. You will onboard new colleagues, provide continuous development for existing staff and support the team during peak periods to ensure operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for the Dutch‑speaking line, covering new‑hire induction and refresher courses for experienced agents.
• Maintain and create training materials, manuals, presentations and online learning modules in line with Allianz standards.
• Guide new employees through onboarding, explaining systems, processes and service standards.
• Track attendance, collect feedback and provide structured performance feedback to trainees.
• Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted coaching or refresher programmes.
• Conduct quality checks on calls and case files, analyse complaints and draft improvement plans.
• Collaborate with QA, team leaders and managers to define training needs and drive quality improvements.
• Handle customer calls during peak periods, including weekend shifts, before returning to training duties.
