E-commerce & Digital Project Manager

About the role

Benisouk, an international home and lifestyle brand rooted in Moroccan craftsmanship, is seeking an E‑commerce & Digital Project Manager. This hands‑on role will own priority digital initiatives, turning ideas into measurable, launched projects that drive e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into clear project briefs, scopes, MVPs, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate developers, UX/UI designers, CRO, CRM, and marketing specialists to deliver projects from brief through QA and launch.
• Manage Shopify feature enhancements, wishlist/account experiences, B2B tools, CRO experiments, personalization, analytics upgrades, and new integrations.
• Identify and resolve blockers, keep projects focused on business impact, and ensure proper tracking before launch.
• Review results post‑launch, recommend iterations, and provide concise milestone‑based reporting to management.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience managing digital or e‑commerce projects, ideally 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce customer journeys and conversion optimization.
• Experience working closely with developers and UX/UI designers.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong French communication skills.

Required skills

• Shopify (or other major e‑commerce platform, strongly preferred).
• Project‑management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and digital analytics.
• Klaviyo, CRM, personalization tools.
• CRO, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies.
