EE Configuration Engineer

About the role

The EE Configuration Engineer will support vehicle electrical and electronic architecture projects for Stellantis, ensuring accurate configuration data throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EE Complexity Matrices using Stellantis Excel models.
• Identify and manage Configuration Elements (CE) for project and program architectures.
• Build vehicle envelope configurations, propulsion variants, and associated subsystems.
• Analyze generic and specific data required for Top Hat project configurations.
• Guarantee data consistency across the entire project cycle.
• Participate in Diversity Management committees, validate new configuration elements, and ensure homogeneous decisions across projects.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture Project Chiefs, Global Generic Architecture architects, functional design teams, and EE architecture experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in electronics, embedded systems, industrial computing or equivalent.
• Initial experience (0‑3 years) in automotive or related electrical/electronic architecture is appreciated.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Microsoft Office suite).
• Familiarity with Stellantis tools and EE configuration management tools.
• Understanding of vehicle electrical & electronic architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex technical data.
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and system architecture documentation.
