Electrical Supervisor

About the role

Eosol Group is expanding its solar photovoltaic portfolio in Morocco and seeks an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead on‑site electrical works. You will ensure that all low‑voltage installations, cabling, earthing, protection devices and inverters are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors during installation, testing and commissioning of solar PV plants.
• Verify that all low‑voltage (BT) systems, cabling, earthing, protection devices and inverters comply with project specifications, design drawings and applicable codes.
• Implement quality control procedures, conduct regular inspections and audits, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture, enforce HSE regulations and mitigate electrical hazards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, providing technical guidance to the crew.
• Track progress, report status, challenges and potential delays to project management.
• Assist in planning and managing electrical materials, tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Support testing and commissioning activities to bring the plant to operational status.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising electrical installations in the solar energy sector.
• Strong background in low‑voltage (BT) systems and solar photovoltaic projects.
• Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors and resources on construction sites.
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance with electrical standards.
