Electrical Technician – Solar PV Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join our solar photovoltaic projects in Boudnib, Morocco. The role involves installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting electrical equipment across our solar farms, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and maintain solar panels, inverters, transformers, switchgear and cabling systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximise performance and lifespan.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inventory.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to emergency situations.
• Adhere to all safety standards, including work at heights and hazardous environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in solar PV.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (BT) electrical systems.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and at heights.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams.
